As a holistic nutritionist, I am passionate about food and the power we all have to create health through our dietary choices. My emphasis is on the whole person, self-care, and food quality. I embrace the philosophy of whole, unprocessed foods and the power of nutrition to help one gain and maintain health and vitality in life. It is my goal to empower individuals through nutrition education and hands-on experience to practice self-care, support healthy living, increase awareness, and establish healthful relationships with food.

I believe that nutritional counseling is deeply personal, not simply about food choice, but also about relationships and emotion surrounding how and what we eat. My style is to be open, honest, and supportive. If nothing else, I want my clients to feel supported in their lives, no matter the choices they make. Each individual brings a unique aspect to my practice. I feel honored to be involved in the care of each life. I hope in turn that my clients will leave with a sense of hope, care for themselves, and responsibility in their nutritional healing.
