‘Doc’ Stollings has been a faithful member of the Madison Rotary Club since 1985. As president of the organization in 1991, the Rotary chapter was named ‘Outstanding Club of the Year.’  There is something about volunteering your time and talent to a cause that is gratifying. Trying to make a positive difference for a community is a noble goal for anyone. If there is one thing that I want to do while in office as State Senator, that is to encourage and challenge our young people to get involved in civic clubs, community organizations, local churches, and make your mark on this region.
