Kent Pietsch Takes Scholl Award
Congratulations to Kent Pietsch, 2007 Art Scholl Showmanship Award winner! Coming as no surprise to anybody, Kent
was presented the Award at the 2007 Internation Council of Airshows (ICAS) convention earlier this month in Las Vegas.
As viewers of this site know, Kent flies one of the best airshows anywhere, not in your typical high-G, slam-bam, high-powered
aerobatic mount, rather he flies a 90hp 1941 Interstate Cadet! Not only that, he uses the top of his motorhome or pickup
truck for an airport! The Scholl Award is the most coveted award an airshow performer can win, awarded by a jury of
airshow peers, so the winners are only the best of the best.
Great job and Congratulations Kent!
