Fund Collection and Communications with Donors:

Fund Donation Procedure: Any individual can donate to this project without limit. People can donate to a common pool from where funds will be allocated to the recipient families or can choose to sponsor families of their choice for certain durations. Also donor can choose to make ‘one time’ donations to particular families or to the common pool. People may commit monthly, yearly or one time. All funds will be collected in Ankur International’s current bank account for North American donors. Donor can pay online with major credit cards through Paypal or with personal checks to Ankur International. Other country information will be provided when necessary and appropriate.

Ankur International and its affiliates reserve the right to decline any donation without explanation.

Communication With Donors: To maintain utmost transparency, Ankur, Intl will publish the names of the recipients and their allocated amount to the donors ONLY. Ankur, Intl will update donors at least every 6 months by electronic media (either email or web) in the form of progress or update reports detailing the total funds and their distribution. Ankur, Intl will respond to individual queries of donors should there be any. Donors have full right to know the allocation of their own donations. Ankur, Intl will not publish the names of the donors or any other information which may identify a donor. Only people involved and with "need to know" access level will know these personal secure information. Aknur, Intl web site has its privacy policy posted which will be maintained for this project as well. Ankur, Intl or its affiliate will not campaign this project in any news media. Campaign for fund raising will be done through personal contacts, email or news groups.
