The Luminous Mysteries

of the Most Holy Rosary

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.  Amen.

O God, come to my aid; O Lord, make haste to help me.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; as it was  in the beginning, is now, and will be forever.  Amen.

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of the faithful.

Enkindle in them the Fire of Your love.

Send forth Your Spirit and they shall be created,

and You shall renew the face of the earth.

Holy Mary, Star of the New Evangelization, make us the light of  the world.  We receive Christ in the Eucharist; help us build his Kingdom in the world.  Teach us to do whatever he tells us.  May our study of his life lead us to love him and our love for him lead us to imitate him.  If we are what we should be, we will set the world ablaze.  We ask your intercession to make this so, through Christ our Lord.  Amen.

Apostle’s Creed:  I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.  He descended into hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead.  I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.  Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.  Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.  As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.  Amen.

The First Luminous Mystery—The Baptism of Our Lord

in the Jordan

Reflection from the Catechism of the Catholic Church

(536)  The baptism of Jesus is on his part the acceptance and inauguration of his mission as God’s suffering Servant.  He allows himself to be numbered among sinners; he is already “the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world.”  Already he is anticipating the “baptism” of his bloody death.  Already he is coming to “fulfill all righteousness,” that is, he is submitting himself entirely to his Father’s will: out of  love he consents to this baptism of death for the remission of our sins.

Amen.

1.  [John the Baptist] said: "I am 'the voice of one crying out in the desert, "Make straight the way of the Lord,"  (Jn 1:23)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

2.  "One mightier than I is coming after me. I am not worthy to stoop and loosen the thongs of his sandals.  (Mk 1:7) Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

3.  I am baptizing you with water, for repentance,  ...He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.  (Mt 3:11)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

4.  [John] saw Jesus coming toward him and said,  “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!”  (Jn 1:29)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

5.  Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him.  (Mt 3:13)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

6.  John tried to prevent him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and yet you are coming to me?”  (Mt 3:14)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

7.  Jesus said to him in reply, “Allow it now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.”  (Mt 3:15)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

8.  After Jesus was baptized, he came up from the water and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming upon him.  (Mt 3:16)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

9.  And a voice came from the heavens, saying, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”   (Mt. 3:17)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

10.  At once the Spirit drove him out into the desert, and he remained in the desert for forty days, tempted by Satan.  (Mk 1:12-13)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.  As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.  Amen.

Oh, my Jesus, forgive us our sins; save us from the fires of Hell; lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of thy mercy.  Amen.

Pray for us, Mary, Star of the New Evangelization, that we will be faithful to our baptismal vows.

The Second Luminous Mystery-Jesus Reveals His Glory At the Wedding at Cana

Reflection from the Catechism of the Catholic Church

(1335)  The sign of water turned to wine at Cana already announces the Hour of Jesus’ glorification.  It makes manifest the fulfillment of the wedding feast in the Father’s kingdom, where the faithful will drink the new wine that has become the Blood of Christ.

Amen.

1.  On the third day there was a wedding in Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.  (Jn 2:1)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

2.  When the wine ran short, the mother of Jesus said to him, “They have no wine.”  (Jn 2:3)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

3.  And Jesus said to her, “Woman, how does your concern affect me?  My hour has not yet come.”  (Jn 2:4)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

4.  His mother said to the servers, “Do whatever he tells you.”  (Jn 2:5)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

5.  Now there were six stone water jars there for Jewish ceremonial washings, each holding twenty to thirty gallons.  (Jn 2:6) Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

6.  Jesus told them, “Fill the jars with water.”  So they filled them to the brim.  (Jn 2:7)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

7.  Then he told them, “Draw some out now and take it to the headwaiter.”  (Jn 2:8)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

8.  And when the headwaiter tasted the water that had become wine, without knowing where it came from, the headwaiter called the bridegroom. (Jn 2:9)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

 9.  He said to him: “Everyone serves good wine first, and then when people have drunk freely, an inferior one; but you have kept the good wine until now.”  (Jn 2:10) Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

10.  Jesus did this as the beginning of his signs in Cana in Galilee and so revealed his glory, and his disciples began to believe in him.  (Jn 2:11)  Hail

Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

Oh, my Jesus, forgive us our sins; save us from the fires of Hell; lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of thy mercy.  Amen.

Pray for  us, Mary, Star of the New Evangelization, that we will do whatever your Son tells us.

The Third Luminous Mystery-Jesus Proclaims the Kingdom of God

Reflection from the Catechism of the Catholic Church

(545) Jesus invites sinners to the table of the kingdom:  “I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”  He invites them to that conversion without which one cannot enter the kingdom, but shows them in word and deed his Father’s boundless mercy for them and the vast “joy in heaven over one sinner who repents”  The supreme proof of his love will be the sacrifice of his own life “for the forgiveness of sins.”

Amen.

1.  He unrolled the scroll and found the passage where it is written: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring glad tidings to the poor.”  (Lk 4: 17-18)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

2.  “He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, and to proclaim a year acceptable to the Lord.”  (Lk 4:18-19)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

3.  Through him was life, and this life was the light of the human race; the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.  (Jn 1:4-5)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

4.  Now someone approached him and said, “Teacher, what good must I do to gain eternal life?”  He answered him, “Why do you ask me about the good?  There is only One who is good.  If you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.”  (Mt 19:16-17)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

5.  “I did not come to call the righteous but sinners."  (Mk 2:17)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

6.  “Amen, I say to you, whoever does not accept the kingdom of God like a little child will not enter into it.”  (Lk 18:17)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

7.  Then [Jesus] summoned his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits to drive them out and to cure every disease and  every illness.  (Mt 10:1) Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

8.  Jesus sent out these twelve after instructing them thus, "Do not go into pagan territory or enter a Samaritan town.  As you go, make this proclamation: 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand."  (Mt 10:5 & 7) Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

9.  (Jesus) said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you." And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the holy Spirit.  (Jn 20:21-22)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

10.  "Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you  retain are retained."  (Jn 20:23)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Amen.

Pray for us, Mary, Star of the New Evangelization, as we build the Kingdom of Christ in the world.

The Fourth Luminous Mystery—The Transfiguration

Reflection from the Catechism of the Catholic Church

(556)           The Transfiguration gives us a foretaste of Christ’s glorious coming, when he “will change our lowly body to be like his glorious body.”  But it also recalls that “it is through many persecutions that we must enter the kingdom of God”

Amen.

1.  [Jesus] took with him Peter and John and James, and went up on the mountain to pray.  (Lk 9:28) Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

 2.  And he was transfigured before them; his face shone like the sun and his clothes became white as light.  (Mt 17:2) Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

3.  And behold, two men were conversing with him, Moses and Elijah,  (Lk 9:30)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

4.  who appeared in glory and spoke of [Jesus'] exodus that he was going to accomplish in Jerusalem.  (Lk 9:31)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

5.  Then Peter said to Jesus in reply, “Lord, it is good that we are here.  If you wish, I will make three tents here, one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”  (Mt 17:4)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

6.  While he was still speaking, a cloud came and cast a shadow over them, and they became frightened when they entered the cloud.  (Lk 9:34)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

7.  Then from the cloud came a voice that said, “This is my beloved Son; listen to him.”  (Mt 17:5)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

8.  Suddenly, looking around, they no longer saw anyone but Jesus alone with them.  (Mk 9:8)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

9.  As they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus charged them not to relate what they had seen to anyone, except when the Son of Man had risen from the dead.  (Mk 9:9)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

10.  So they kept the matter to themselves, questioning what rising from the dead meant.  (Mk 9:10)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Amen

Pray for us, Mary, Star of the New Evangelization, that we will be what we should be and set the world ablaze.

The Fifth Luminous Mystery—Institution of the Eucharist

Reflection from the Catechism of the Catholic Church

(1337)     In order to leave them a pledge of this love, in order never to depart from his own and to make them sharers in his Passover, he instituted the Eucharist as the memorial of his death and Resurrection, and commanded his apostles to celebrate it until his return….

Amen.

1.  He said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.”  (Lk 22:15)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

2.  Jesus took bread, said the blessing, broke it, and giving it to his disciples said, ”Take and eat; this is my body.”  (Mt 26:26)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

3.  Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you for this is my blood of the covenant, which  will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins.”  (Mt. 26:27-28)    Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

4.  For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the death of the Lord until he comes.  (1 Cor 11:26)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

5.  I am the living bread that comes down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.”  (Jn 6:51)    Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

6.  The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?”  (Jn 6:52)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

7.  Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you.”  (Jn 6:53)  Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

8.  “Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day.  For my flesh is true food,  and my blood is true drink.”  (Jn 6:54-55)    Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

9.  “Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.  Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will have life because of me.”  (Jn 6:56-57)   Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

10.  For from the rising of the sun, even to its setting, my name is great among the nations; And everywhere they bring sacrifice to my name, and a pure offering;   (Mal 1:11)    Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Amen

Pray for us, Mary, Star of the New Evangelization, help me receive Christ as you did, with faith, reverence and love.

“Grace of the Luminous Mysteries, come down into our souls and make them obedient to God’s will.  Amen.”

Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope!  To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning, and weeping in this valley of tears.  Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards us; and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary:

Pray for us, O holy  Mother of God

That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray, O God, Whose only-begotten Son, by His life, death, and resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, grant we beseech thee, that meditating on these mysteries of the most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise.  Through the same Christ, our Lord.  Amen.

St. Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle; be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.  May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, cast  into Hell, Satan and all the other evils spirits, who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, (R) Have mercy on us.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, (R) Have mercy on us.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, (R) Have mercy on us.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, (R) Pray for us.

Consecration Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus:

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, filled with infinite love, broken by my ingratitude, pierced by my sins, yet loving me still—accept the consecration that I make to you of all that I am and all that I have.  Take every faculty of my soul and body, draw me, day by day, nearer and nearer to Your Sacred Heart, and there, as I can bear the lesson, teach me Your Blessed ways.  Amen.

Consecration Prayer to the Immaculate Heart of Mary:

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, and tender Mother of all people, I consecrate myself to you and to your Immaculate Heart, and recommend to you my family, my country, and the whole human race.  Please accept my consecration, dearest Mother, and use me as you wish, to accomplish you designs upon the world.  O Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth, rule over me, and teach me how to allow the Heart of Jesus to rule and triumph in me and around me, as it has ruled and triumphed in you.  Amen.

Memorare:

Remember, O Most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided.  Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee O Virgin of virgins my mother, to thee I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.  O Mother of the Word

Incarnate, despise not my petition, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.  Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the most precious blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the masses said throughout the world today for all the holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home, and within my family. Amen."

With this Rosary, we bind our children, grandchildren, and loved ones to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
