At this point the wiring is to be routed to the trailer connector. I would recommend purchasing more plastic loom
(conduit) to protect the wires from road spray. I have been told that rather than leave the connector hanging while
the trailer is disconnected and hitch is removed, you can stuff the connector up inside the vertical receiver
shaft then reinsert the pin and cotter key to hold it in place.
