Tran’s fat lowers your good cholesterol, and raises your bad cholesterol all at the same time. They say the taste will
not change. All restaurants have till July 1st of ‘07 to stop cooking with artificial cooking
oils with Tran’s fats, and completely take it off the list of ingredients in one year’s time.
