Just remember that when you are Born Again, God meets you where you are, not until you are near perfect. Secular people tend to think that if you call yourself a Christian, and especially a Born Again Christian that you have to act perfect in every way. No one can of course, but most often than not, spoken or not it is thought. God changes us little by little; as Joyce Meyer says “I am not where I need to be, but thank God I am not where I used to be”.  I feel that it is very important on how we represent ourselves; always strive to come up higher. HUMOR   In The Beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth and populated the Earth with broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, green, yellow and red  vegetables of all kinds, so Man and Woman would live long and healthy lives. Then Satan created Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream and Krispy Kreme Donuts. And Satan said, "You want chocolate with that?"  And Man said “Yes!"  And Woman said, "and as long as you're at it, add some sprinkles."  And they gained 10 pounds.  And Satan smiled. And God created the healthful yogurt that Woman might keep the figure that Man found so fair. And Satan brought forth white flour from the wheat and sugar from the cane and combined them.  And Woman went from size 6 to size14.   So God said, "Try my fresh green salad."  And Satan presented Thousand-Island Dressing, buttery croutons and garlic toast on the side. And Man and Woman unfastened their belts following the repast.   God then said, "I have sent you heart healthy vegetables and olive oil in which to cook them." And Satan brought forth deep fried fish and chicken-fried steak so big it needed its own platter.  And Man gained more weight and his cholesterol went through the roof. God then created a light, fluffy white cake and named it "Angel Food", and said "it is good."  Satan then created chocolate cake and named it "Devil's Food". God then brought forth running shoes so that His children might lose those extra pounds.  And Satan gave cable TV with a remote control so Man would not have to toil changing the channels.  And Man and Woman laughed and cried before the flickering light and gained pounds. Then God brought forth the potato, naturally low in fat and brimming with nutrition.  And Satan peeled off the beautiful skin and sliced the starchy center into chips and deep-fried them.  And Man gained pounds. God then gave lean meat so that Man might consume fewer calories and still satisfy his appetite.  And Satan created fast-food restaurants with 99-cent double cheeseburgers.  Then said, "You want fries with that?"  And Man replied, "Yes! And super-size them!"  And Satan said, "It is good." And Man went into cardiac arrest. And God sighed and created quadruple bypass surgery. ......and Satan smiled as he created HMOs.

✞ I believe that this is the most important prayer one could say.   Father God I love you, Jesus I believe in you, I believe you died on the cross for me, Shed your blood for me, took all my sins upon yourself. I believe you paid the debt I owed to God. Thank You Jesus.   Forgive my sins, right now, every single one of them, cleans me, make me brand new. I want to be born again, come and live with me, I surrender. Take me just the way I am. And make me the way you want me to be. I need you not only today, but the rest of my life.   Now what you just did……the all mighty God, the Father, Son and Holy Ghost are coming to take up residence inside of you. You are being made into a brand new creature in Christ. Your name is being added into the lamb’s book of life.   Make this confession:   I believe I am saved. My sins are forgiven. God is not mad at me. I am a new creature. I am on my way to heaven. And I am going to enjoy the trip.   Thank you lord for lifting the burden of sin. Alleluia                                                             JM When God gives you a new heart, you can no longer sin and be comfortable with it. Someone truly has been Born Again; you have never seen someone miserable as a Born Again convicted sinner. That sense of guilt and condemnation, that sense of being no good, will be washed away. You are going to have peace for the first time in your life. If you died today, do you know that you will go to Heaven? When you are Born Again, you have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of you.
