As great as Walmart.com is Target.com is the complete opposite. To return something from Target it starts out somewhat simple, but they will eat your postage and charge for the return! There is just not enough options for a return.  I managed to get all my money back but not without going to the store two times and the Post Office. Once my order was flagged for a full refund they still deducted original postage and the return costs! I had a wonderful customer service person at the store that worked with me both times to get my money back. Their site is not easy to get around for finding answers to questions or for contacting. I personally will never buy from their .com site again. The actual store is great and I have only had good experiences.
